Day 1 - Colonix

A bunch of us started taking Colonix on Monday, November 27, 2006. (Thanks Dko for purchasing the stuff.)

Inside the box is a powder, capsules, and tea that you're supposed to eat. You're to start off with the Paranil bottle (smaller one) which contains anti-parasite support capsules. These capsules contain 18 high-quality herbs that have traditionally been used to expel parasites as well as to clear eggs and hatching larvae from the body. (interestingly gross)

The "Colonix" bottle contains a powder which is considered to be an intestinal cleaner. The main ingredient is psyllium, which helps to absorb toxins in the colon by creating a spongy, gelatinous mass in the bowels. (another interestingly gross fact)

Lastly there's a Kleri Tea which is considered to be a laxative. Woah. The instructions clearly states that the tea is to be consumed at night and that "it is normal to feel a strong urge to evacuate first thing in the morning" .... so without further ado, here is my first "evacuation" ...

update: another evacuation during mid-afternoon. enjoy!
